Development group
The experienced development consortium Natura 4.0 s.r.o. is participating in the project.
The company brings valuable experience from the implementation of similar projects, including the Krásne Sady Mlynica project. The architectural designwas created by Ing. arch. Peter Horák, PhD., with the Create Works studio. He brought a sensitive approach to the environment and an emphasis on sustainable principles to the design. The project was also prepared and developed by expert teams from Integra Consulting s. r. o. and Gardn, s. r. o., who contributed expertise in environmental protection, climate change adaptation and landscape design.
